Warranty conditions applicable to forklifts sold by Wydlowoz Sp. z o.o..

Warranty service consists in removing defects (repairs) of equipment during the determination of the warranty period for the operation of machinery and equipment. The repair of the equipment is carried out on the premises of the service center, the delivery of the equipment to the service and back is at the customer's expense.

A technical failure is a loss of efficiency of units, mechanisms, or equipment as a whole, which can be demonstrated to a service center professional, which has occurred as a result of the failure or malfunction of any unit, unit, or periodically repeated failures, leading to the inability to operate normally..

A forklift is accepted for warranty repairs if the owner has documents proving that it has passed all scheduled inspections required by law. The warranty applies only to spare parts and accessories, as well as any defects that are caused by the fault of the manufacturer and defects caused by the manufacturer. Parts subject to normal normal wear and tear and parts for routine maintenance are not covered by the warranty.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty Service

The seller guarantees efficiency, no mechanical damage and a complete set of products at the time of sale.

The warranty period is specified on the forklift invoice. During the warranty period, parts with known manufacturing defects are replaced or repaired at the seller's expense.

The warranty does not cover:

1. Spare parts or products damaged during transportation, installation or self-repair in the process of misuse, handling, use of spare parts that are not original, use of fuels and lubricants not recommended by the manufacturer, as a result of non-compliance with the requirements or misinterpretation of the Operating Instructions (manuals) that could cause or increase damage, in the event of a change in the setting, if the Product has been used as intended.

2. Slight deviations that do not affect the quality, characteristics or efficiency of the lifting and handling equipment or its components (for example, slight noise, creaking or vibration that characterizes the normal operation of forklift units and systems, slight (not affecting normal wear) leakage of oils, technical fluids or lubricants through seals and oil seals.

Exclusions from warranty service

Warranty claims may be rejected in whole or in part if the defect for which the claim is made is directly related to one of the following circumstances:

1. Violation of the terms and conditions of use specified in the user manual, including:

- in a temperature regime that does not correspond to the one declared by the manufacturer (from -10 ° C to +45 ° C, if the mechanism has not been specially prepared for other conditions);;

- in corrosive atmospheres;

- on surfaces that do not meet the standards of this equipment;

- on surfaces with steep inclines exceeding the foreseen;

- when working with overloads exceeding the permissible values and time described in the Operating Instructions (manual).

2. Forklift overheating during operation: The warranty does not apply to components, assemblies and assemblies whose operating temperature exceeds +63°C

3. Violation of the battery and charger instructions specified in the user manual, including:

- overcharging, undercharging, incorrect adjustment of the electrolyte level, freezing or overheating of the battery; the presence of black electrolyte inside the battery; Deep Discharge

4. When the equipment is not used for its intended purpose.

5. In case of damage typical of violation of installation and operation rules, transportation, any modification or change in the design.

6. In case of mechanical damage (chips, dents, cracks, etc.) on the body or other part of the equipment indicating an impact..

7. In the presence of traces of foreign substances, liquids, objects, rodents and insects entering the appliance.

8. When using non-standard spare parts, chargers, batteries, etc. or materials and components that have not been tested for the compatibility of the equipment in conjunction with the equipment purchased.

9. In case of damage caused by climatic conditions, natural disasters and similar causes..

10. Damage caused by the actions (omissions) of third parties, as well as caused by the fault of the purchaser (user) of the equipment..

11. Consumables and consumables (fork rollers, track rollers, drive wheels, filters, spark plugs, tires, brake pads, bulbs, fuses, etc.)

12. When operating the appliance by an operator who is not familiar with the Owner's/ Repair Manual.

13. To the equipment in case of non-compliance with the frequency and maintenance regulations.
